This is a blog about our journey to convert an 1860s 5 storey Victorian building in Lewisham, from a run down office block to our taylor made home (after over 40 years of office neglect).
Having first viewed the property in June 2010, seen planning permission for a 'Change of Use' come through in October 2010; we finally picked up the keys in February 2011.
Now the fun starts!

Place is beginning to look a little bare!
I'm sure there used to be a wall here?
First steps in the rebuild... marking out where the phone and TV sockets are going.
hmmm, nothing too exciting. Some packs of 'It's a boy' cards - that have been there so long they only cost 20p (for a pack of 20 or so!). A sandwich toaster, some random stationary and some Christmas decorations... all sadly on a skip now.
Anything excitng in the cupboard?
